Awesome stuff Gitz, the terrain and fully painted armies should make for a gorgeous looking tourney. Have you found out how many players are showing up?

My new Bushido "Pirates of the Caribbean" themed army. Kind of a mash-up of the crews from the Black Pearl, the Flying Dutchman and a character from the animated movie (Treasure Planet). They're displayed on the awesome Junk that Cam made for me (removed the sail for ease of photography) and will be sent of to Nerdfest for painting while I try and finish up my bakemono.

Here's the Adepticon 2020 wrap-up video. While TOing the tournament is a lot of work for me... one look at this video will prove how dependent I am on the generosity and hard work of others. If you run into these folks in-person or on-line... say "thanks". If it's one of the businesses that supported us, throw them a little patronage if you can.

Sorry Adepticon got cancelled was looking forward to seeing all the great tables you had planned. It was a very nice video I had no idea there were so many people involved. You should be set for next year this will give you more time to game now.

@Yorkright: Thanks bud. Yeah... I think next year should be relatively sane.
I've joined the "pile of shame" campaign. Here's what I'll be working on until it's done. Be using some of my new-found free time to hammer away at this, hopefully sooner rather than later.
Also went on a building frenzy. These are all the Bushido figures that I'm inclined to keep at the moment. The rest of my bakemono and a couple of kami.

You glued the stuff to those carts? What's going to get sent flying when a hero chases a villain through the market street and crashes through the carts?

I did DS... but don't worry... there is a TON of scatter terrain lying around in bags. I just can help myself... keep buying the stuff!

I took a bunch of photos during the construction of the two "cards"... I can re-post if anyone's interested.
I also finally started working on setting up a proper photo tent, lights and my good camera. So if I do a decent job of painting something, at least I'll be able to take a good pic of it.

Liking both those pieces. The cavern-in-a-tree is cool, great work from a nice find. And love the thought you put into the story behind how it came about. Nicely done sir!
Thanks for the compliments guys, it was a fun project.
I'm going to post one more pic of the totem pole. Been struggling with trying to get a new photo set up arranged and trying to get my old digital SLR set up properly. Just want to see how this looks on-line. I think it's a marked improvement over the last pic. Especially if you go to the trouble of zooming in.

Much nicer. I wonder if it would be worth doing something to make the god-head face stand out more? Not sure if you can make the black... blacker... but maybe some highlights around the eyes and mouth? (in a lighter green perhaps)
