Lol, thanks, Mad4Minis. I've been working on this AdMech army for years, and I think that these units will provide the final touch for it.

Unfortunately, it looks like the 15mm kit may have been pushed out some. I went to what is undoubtedly the largest caster of resin kits in our industry... No, not FW but they do more business than FW here in the US. They came back with a per unit cost that would put the kit at $90-95 BEFORE any markup at all. If I gave them away, you would still have to pay $95.00 for a kit.

I know this is far more than most are willing to pay, so the search goes on for another caster.

If anyone knows of a caster here in the US or in the UK, that can handle large volume then feel free to email me or send a PM. Until then I will continue to search.

Well, the good news is that NG doesn't just expect his customer to pay whatever. Thanks, man! I'll keep watching this thread.

Bummer on the 15mm kits.

However, on the good news front, the first batch of 28mm orders has shipped from the caster to Dreamforge. Hopefully us first batch folks will have kits in hand within 2 weeks.

I was 7th in line and mine was shipped today.

However, I am still awaiting a response from Mark concerning a confusing PayPal message I received regarding PayPal postage for this order.

I was #3 and I only live a couple states away, if that helps, but I can't address your shipping statement. The last I heard from him he was frantically packing the kits for shipping so I expect he's working his way through e-mails,

How bout some pics from you guys who've received them then?

Not that I distrust Mark's pics, but I like to see things 'in the wild' as it were.

I got mine today, a crusader plus extra gun and claw. The kit overall is impressive. Anyone that has built forgeworld titans will enjoy this kit. Very detailed very little flash. The only drawback is the statue of the model once finished. I would love a bigger version and would be willing to pay more to get one too hint hint. I will post pics in a couple of days once I clean and build.

Not a bad build overall goes rather quickly has you see by pics not much smaller than warhound please bear in mind I postioned legs in running position so mine is a bit shorter. posability is excellent almost to many options no need to mag arms it comes with a screw clip so arms go on and off.

If you go by the epic models that is the prefect size for a knight titian.

It can be used for 40k mostly has a knight titan for those that have been around for a while. But, its such a detailed model most will find a place for it in their armies even has a pre-heresy titan.

it could be that you are being penalized for not ordering enough, really big manufacturers really dont like doing small runs.

I really hope you find someone though, I'll see what I can find for resin casters.
