That isn't Marneus Calgar. It is based on the model, but the finished product isn't him. This was from the Codex: Simpsons back in 3rd edition (I believe it was 3rd...).
The Marneus Calgar was actually "Barneus Calgar" and used a sculpt of Barney's head. Dr. Hibbert was the Apothecary, Moe was in there somewhere, and one of the vehicle upgrades was "Speed Holes". That one killed me...
