I'd take an extra arm too, just because of building models. There's been so many times I lost count where I'm trying to glue things together and 2 hands just don't seem to be enough to hold it all in place.

I changed my mine. I want an extra hand that's full of useful tools.

The gland would only make me ageless and render damage to my genetic code (via carcinogens, mutagens, or radiation) ineffective. I could end my life at any time I wanted, and I'd have to be careful to make sure I didn't die of violence, disease, or poison.
The idea of always remaining in a youthful, energetic state even until death is appealing to me. It has nothing to do with eternal life.
