I've used the search tool, i've google'd it... All i get is american sources... In the UK i can get very thin plastic card with no textures. I would be most greatful if someone could provide a source in the UK.

I just resorted to using ebay, you can find a fair few retailers on there that stock it. But I struggled to find any elsewhere.

EMA Models do the whole range of Plastikard and styrene rods and suchlike. They look like suppliers of architects and professional model makers, rather than hobbyists, but that shouldn't matter. Don't know how the prices compare though.

I too have used EMA since our local model shop closed a few years ago. Postage is reasonable, but still worth combining stuff into a relatively large order. I haven't done a direct price comparison, but nothing had me thinking it was expensive. And they gave a huge range of stuff.

Google search for embossed plasticard uk brings up plenty of hits...

Slaters Plastikard is another good source though - they cater to the model railway enthusiast - there's a useful PDF link on the page with sample images
