Heres an update. It's not alot as yesterday a noise developed on my car so I had to work out what was causing that and today I had a day out the GF.
She has done some more work on Captain Fabulous

Captain Fabulous WIP 3:

I painted the skull and the left wing. She had a go at the right wing. I think there was a slight casting issue with it as the edges wouldnt catch the paint.

Another Warp Talon is finished! Just 2 more to go before I can escape the painting hell that is Warp Talons

His base isn't finished in the pics but it is in reality.

when these are finished I have my two vehicles left to do (Forgefiend and Heldrake). I will be doing the Forgefiend first. Im very much looking forward to be working on them soon.

Seconded, the glowing does look cool. The only thing I would suggest would be working up to some brighter colours to enhance the glow a little bit.

Sorry about the delay of updates. Been a busy week at work, come home tired and sleep or just watch TV. Gf is ill as well. But I have made some progress. I'm halfway through Warp Talon 4

Sorry about the long delay of no updates. I was off work sick and couldn't concentrate on working on models. But I'm better now and have an update to share

I am so very sorry about the massive space of time since the last post. I got busy painting the Forgefiend, then i lost interest in painting it and then got dsitracted by Luigis Mansion 2 and other things. I just didn't want to paint this model I started questioning my painting capability. But I'm past it now and I'll hopefully have it finished and tomorrow eve and I will the post the finished product

Sorry about the dely, I kept forgetting to take pictures. The Forgefiend is now finished and I am now building the Heldrake. I did take some pictures this evening but my phone won't connect to the PC

but I am going on holiday tomorrow for a week so I will try to sort it out when I get back

Well I was back on Monday

I've managed to get the pictures of the finished Forgefiend on here now for you all to see, And a couple of WIP shots of the Heldrake.
I know I was back Monday and should have done something that day or tuesday but this week has been... not the best. Had a slight mishap at work on Tuesday, been distraced with the new Dead Island game and my Grandad died last night very suddenly.

But I digress...

Done some more work on the Heldrake. The main body is finshed, just need to do the wings, legs, neck and head. Take a look:

And here is the belly of the body. I tried to get a glowing fire effect. Looks better in person, the camera doesn't do it justice.

Also when the Heldrake is finished I'll have nothing 40k to work on, so what I might do is change this blog to cover 40k and Fantasy so I can show you guys my Warrior of Chaos Army as I have some new things to add to them: Skull Crushers, Dragon Ogres, Gorebeast Chariot and a Warshrine. It means the Daemons will get featured at somepoint as well when I start them properly for Fantasy. The blog will cover the Chaos spectrum if you will. Let me know what you guys think

Aha! A small update. I have been working on the Heldrakes left arm/ wing. When it's done I'll have to do the right hand side one.

In all seriousness I got the left arm/wing finished today for the Heldrake. Very pleased but somewhat taken aback at the size of it with only the one wing attacked, still have to do the right one yet...
