You know winter... as amazing and visually impacting as that titan is (or the bits of it)... it's the tiny little details (burning chair, spilling liquid from the barrel) that really blow me away and set this apart as a truly top notch competition piece.

Winterdyne, this looks more awesome with each update. as Gitsplitta says, it's the fine detail across the whole piece that truly make the piece. Good luck at GD, if you don't walk away with the top prize I'll eat my hat (figuratively speaking of course  )

Superglue a tuft of dyed cotton wool (dark grey / thin black work) in a vertical position. Then put a little bit of Vallejo Plastic Putty at the bottom and tease it up to make the flame. Liquid GS would work too, but you'd have to paint that white before painting the fire. The Vallejo stuff comes white.

Gits probably said it best, but I have to follow up. The tiny details make this display truly beautiful. The flames left behind on the chair and bush are probably my favorite. I'll be patiently waiting for the post GD pics.

Silver in diorama. Gold was the zombie dragon just in shot to the left, which also took the sword. Apparently it was a very close call. I'm rather pleased with myself at the moment. :-)
