That Zombie Judge is in the Zombie boxset? Excellent!
Hm, I might get some extra Judge boxes to do some cut and swaps with some Mantic, GW and Studio Miniatures zombies to flesh out the Judge Horde...

The Judge Dredd: Block War Kickstarter project is now complete and funded far beyond our initial expectations. Our deepest thanks to everyone who supported us, made comments and suggestions, and generally joined in! We did not expect this Kickstarter to be this popular, and you have our grateful appreciation - the future for the Judge Dredd miniatures game is bright!
I would also like to thank Ben Smith and the rest of the team at 2000AD, as well as Jason Kingsley, CEO of parent company Rebellion, for letting us take Judge Dredd and run with the property on Kickstarter. It was a risk for them to take, and we are grateful they trusted us to handle Mega-City One properly with this project.
We are currently looking to send out at least 90% (barring tragic hiccups) of all these miniatures before Christmas - we'll keep you all updated as to what new models are ready and when they are going out. However, given the success of this Kickstarter, I think it is pretty inevitable that we will do another. We have been chatting to some of the guys behind some of our RPGs about doing something in that area, and a poll on our forums is telling us that a Rogue Trooper miniatures game would be popular. First things first, though - over the next couple of months we will be working hard to complete the Block War supplement and get all your miniatures out to you.
We will be taking the policy of 'greatest number of models to the greatest number of people in the shortest time' when fulfilling all your pledges. So, while models will start shipping on Monday, it may be 3-4 weeks before everyone starts seeing something. We started manufacturing our existing models at the start of the Kickstarter but the sudden rush at the end means we have to make many more! This will start on Monday as well. However, we will be sending out models as soon as we have them in hand, so if you went for a pledge with as-yet-unmade models, you may end up receiving several packages, each going out as soon as we have something to send you.
This policy will also be used when making the new models. For example, both Spikes and Bruce were very late stretch goals. However, Spikes will likely be made very early on, as we just need a single model of him to go on the existing Lawmaster. Bruce, on the other hand, requires not just a rider but a brand new Trike, so he may well be one of the last models we commission. Like I said, greatest number of models in the shortest time.
The Kickstarter may be complete, but the Judge Dredd miniatures game goes on. Most of the discussion for the game (including news of updates and new models) takes place on our forums at http://forum.mongoosepublishing.com/
Oh, and we have the newest revision of the main rulebook for the Judge Dredd miniatures game. You can grab it at;
http://www.mongoosepublishing.com/pdf/jdmg.pdf
Finally, we have started to work through all your rewards, and work out who needs what - we did not have a huge amount of time this Monday morning before the postman arrived, but we managed to get a whole 17 parcels out the door!
A better way of looking at it, though, is that we have processed (figures out who wants want, now just needs sending/casting/sculpting) over 600 of you today, so... nearly all The rest will be processed by the end of this week (so long as you get your surveys in!), and imagine we will be shipping something out in connection with this Kickstarter pretty much every day for the next couple of months.
So, some of you will start to see your items from tomorrow, others may see their first items in a couple of weeks or so.
Once again, thank you all for your support, and we hope to see you in the future on the Judge Dredd miniatures game forum and the events we will be running.

Went in at wally squad, then a rare bolt of sensible+1 struck and I downgraded to tek-judge + rookie. Then after sending the survey decided that yeah, I did want wally squad and paypal'd Couldn't decide on what boxes I wanted, so e-mailed Matt this morning to see if I could upgrade the extra to Council level, and did so
And then grabbed a few singles from the webstore to round things out a bit.
I have to ignore kickstarters from now on
On a more positive side I'm thinking that a huge bunch of shiny Dredd stuff may just get me and my mate back into gaming. And the prospect of Rogue Trooper, or better yet Nemesis games...Ohh Yeah!
But my wallet needs to recover first.
And well done on getting stuff out so quickly Matt

Indeed - and plenty of opportunities for the gangers and robots too. I was originally basing my choices on conversion potential - but then decided I wanted my own MC-1. I'll have plenty of dreadball and dreamforge stuff to chop

If anyone needs cheap gangers or civilians, do an ebay search for "Dredd Street Gang". There's an ebay seller selling the plastic street gang box set for 2.99 each. I bought four.

Yeah, I used to have it and demo'ed it when I was in Mongoose Infantry (their demo team). The sculpts are not that great, but they are TOTALLY worth $2.99 for a gang of 12 to use for MC-1 civilians. And they all have fashionable kneepads!

Ah, found it. He's a charity model available for a donation on one of these two pages:
http://www.justgiving.com/CharityMinty1
https://www.justgiving.com/CharityMinty2
Then, and this is important because it has changed from previous years, send an e-mail to charitymini AT gmail DOT com
Please include:
Your Name.
Your Address.
Your Just Giving receipt reference number
How many you would like
and whether you would prefer the metal version or the Trollcast version
For those not in the know, 'Trollcast' is a revolutionary plastic/resin hybrid.
How Much Do They Cost? The size of donation is entirely up to you, however, I'd suggest if you want multiple copies that £15 per mini would be about right.
The perfect addition for anyone's Judge force

yeah,
I bought one.
This is a great way to get the hobby involved with charity.
We pay £15 for a mini.
The whole £15 goes to charity and the dude sends you the mini out of his own pocket. Top Bloke.
OK I found the extra info at CellarOfDredd
All that is required is a minimum of at least £15 for one of the figures.
All you have to do after giving your money is send an email to charitymini@gmail.com and include the following pieces of information:-
Name
Address
Just Giving receipt reference number
How many you would like and please specify which type!
As an extra incentive there has been something extra added!
If you donate a minimum of £25 or more, you will additionally get a project-exclusive resin display base for their miniature.
It doesn't stop there, if you donate £35 or more, you will additionally get a miniature version of the Judge Minty sign. Yes the sign that is resident in the Cellar of Dredd.
if you are allowed to make a GIFT AID donation then drokkin' well do it. It costs nothing but adds extra money to your donation for NOTHING, which can't be bad!

At Games Workshop, we believe that how you behave does matter. We believe this so strongly that we have written it down in the Games Workshop Book. There is a section in the book where we talk about the values we expect all staff to demonstrate in their working lives. These values are Lawyers, Guns and Money. |

The Minty film is apparently finished and has a couple of screenings in the UK this month. They are in talks with a couple of film festivals to get it shown there, but the main criteria for this is to not have been shown on the internet. Once those have been dealt with, the film will be released to view on their website.

The first of the new line of super-detailed 1/1800 scale Victory at Sea World War II ships are now available for mail order!
http://www.mongoosepublishing.com/miniatures/victory-at-sea.html?dir=desc&order=position
These ships include HMS Achilles and Exeter, as they appeared in 1939...
And the Graf Spee.
We also have four Fairmile motor boats, the A, B, C, and D.
At the moment, we are just prepping the rest of the Leander, York and Deutschland class ships now (the Victory at Sea range will feature individual ships, not just classes, down to cruiser level), and rapidly following them are all the ships of the Bismarck, Admiral Hipper, Hood, King George V, and Tribal classes - all of these will be available before Christmas.
Many more vessels have already been designed in 3D and are just being prepped for prototyping. It is our intention to grow this line hugely over the next couple of years, including aircraft, sea port facilities and land forces (for coastal invasion scenarios), and have already started work on ships of the Regia Marina, Marine Nationale, US Navy and Imperial Japanese Navy.

No new updates on the Council pledge levels? Matt's last update was 13 days ago with

So I'm starting to wonder if this KS will be slipping to a January+ 2013 arrival time as Sedition Wars and DreamForge has.
