Heh. It just dawned on me that you can use the removable torso plates to represent wounds/structure ponts lost. Bonus points to awesomeness.

I have started one, and like your original, I have started with a "barrel" of sorts... I started with a large Utz Cheese Ball barrel.
No where near as awesome as yours... No where near as finished... Okay, so, I have made a few cuts. But it is started.
