@ corpus6667 Glad you like it, that pose dose do that I think who/ what ever he's turning to look at should run.

@ Talizvar I'm glad that you like the warthog. Must say I think that's my fav style of plane myself. But no I didn't put the big rotary gun under the nose of the plane. Because even though it is a warthog I wanted it to look orky too so I went with the gun placements to make it look more busy as it is a conversion form a A-10 model I needed to "add to it" to give it a "not so clean" presence.

@ Gitsplitta Glad to help the Nob Bike's a little bit bigger than the normal Bikers too so it makes the bases look a little smaller it you look at them by themselves.

Hey all been busy with the wife & daughter for a bit so haven't posted any updates for a bit... I have been busy with my Battle Fortress as of late too.

I have it pretty much all armored up, I added some cables to the sponsons, drilled the gun barrels on the big shootas, fixed the rokket launchas so they don't wabble around so easily (you can't see that though) that's the beauty of it ... I mean I did it so no one would see anything new that has been added (not that I want it a secret)

I have been putting rivets on for the past gahh 4-5 days such boring work but so well worth it for the look.

I'll post some pics. some time in the next day or two.

All that being said can anyone think of anything else I should to do with it... (within reason) and not distracting. I can't think of anything myself but hey that's what other's eyes are for right

Well I have practically all the rivets in place, only a few odds and ends to put on like the doors and some rails I was thinking about adding some type of wall around the back but I'm not sure if I want to or how to go about doing that if I do...

I have to do something about where the 2 halves join as I have a small gap. (as seen in the last pic) It's there for the battle wagons rear hatch, and I have to cover the rear of the tracks when they are joined .

So I desided to set up a smallish photo booth and start to use my camera instead of my Phone, I know I shouldn't have really been using that in the first place but hey...I'm lazy as a grot at times

So with that said I'll be refreshing most if not all the pics of my mini's as the near future starting with this, his Nob's to follow next...as I have them entered in Comrade and Ruglud's Round 6 :Attack Speed Round

Man that super battle fortress is just bananas I don't even want to know what you've spent on it so far

I love the battlefortress, so much bulk yet it still looks fast!

Dat Deffknight....want to know what sticks out? It's really silly. The fact that you filled in the Defiler clawz, for some reason it drives me nuts when people don't do that so good on you! Keep it up, your army looks great!

@ KingCracker Well that it is.. I know Gits probably wants to see it painted up like his banana crew but alas it's not meant to be As for what I spent on it... I'm a bit afraid to add all that up but I think it'd be less that a FW one cost wise anyway. Time's a whole other story.

@ Dez Thanks man it's coming along pretty smoothly now finishing touches and ready for paint now. It's no Deffknight (not one part from the dreadknight kit is in it) tiss a big bad ass Mega Dread and yes that gets me too...but why they cast it like that in the first place gets me even more...how hard would it be...hmm I think it's probably even harder to cast it the way it is really.

@Galorn Welcome glad to hear ya like the WIP's it's a pain for me to keep up some times I are a lazy grot at times, But I do like it at the same time

As far as mekking it up goes, I have a few projects planed atm. Got to rebuild my Battlewagon, and make a Buggy squad, fix my Deffkoptas, and make my MegaNobz. That's about all the builds I have planed anyway...but I have a lot of painting ahead for me

@ KingCracker that it seems but as most of the past year has been spent building, and painting those builds rather than painting what I had built in the past. As the builds will be put on hold for a while and I have only this behemoth left to paint out of them. I will be knocking away at what I have had in need of painting for a while now Hopefully that painting tome will be more like a painting book by next year

So a small update for now. I have put on the base coats of metal (using some Vallejo Gun Metal and GW's Boltgun Metal) next up will be the red base coat.





















Well that's it for now opefully I'll be able to get the red base coat finished this weekend. No guarantees though.
