Cool thanks! I put you up the same day they got here! It was some work to get them to "passable" levels, had to do some track stealing from mister wrecked to do it. The one in the terrain is actually the WW, I just managed to get the turret off.

Here is the Vindicator that I got from Rurouni Benshin. All it needs is a storm bolter and shes done!




Lots more freehand then normal. Also did some GSing on the back, converted from a DA bit.

If you can believe it, I have more updates! Got my Furisoso dred. Its the old metal style, no a Ironclad conversion (tho that will be comming later!). Sucker porbally weighs 14 ounces! As you can see, Im getting much more confortable with freehand, using it on almost everything now!


Cost me an extra 10 cents to weight his ass to the ground

If the dread is so heavy, why did you need to add the weight? He should be centered enough on the base that he doesn't fall over... Just curious.

Well most of the weight is in the body, which is high up, plust the arm is raised. That with the basing, which puts him almost an inch up already, made him kind tippy.

Plus my GSing him at an angle didnt help.

Oddly going 3 for 3, I got a sternguard guy doneish tonight. When I did the modeling, I thought it looked cool, but now that I got to the painting I realized that I dont paint orks, like, ever.

So I was hopeing that I could get someone that does to paint him for me, and then I'll finish the base. Any takers?

Nice job on all the little details on the marines... laurels, blood drops and chains and such... They look good. I agree with Blackhand, the bunker is great, especially the "map room"!

My new D-link Wireless N router actually Its the great recycling project really. The box, extra cover from the Fort of Redemption, Spare Flamestorm cannons from a LRC, twin linked bolter from the huricane bolters of the old LRC, the verticle stand for the router, some plasticard, tubing, sprues, door from a LR, a red beer cup, a hatch LR, some streched out springs, and, most importantly, a 40mm M203 training granade......

Ive thought about using .22lr's and .17hmr's for basing and the like, everything else is to damn big for anything short of exterminus class weapons.

Thanks Git. Ive also decided to phase out my AoBR guys. I'm going to hack up the Tac Marines for new leg variants. But Ive got like 8 PF/SB and a Sgt that have some light coats of paint on em I'd like to trade off. More that are painted in Deathwing colors.
