Highlighted DA Green washed with Badab Black with DA Green on SM corpses and Rokkit packs - riveting stuff! Promise to post pics once I think they are worthy - but at the moment I don't expect my iPhone will be able to capture the subtle difference from black for you...

Spent *way* too long on Artsoldier35's Trukk - and all I have to show for it is...a tray. When making a ramshackle dynamic Trukk, you *might* think you need to start with the ramshackle dynamic wheels - but no, you need something for them to attach to first... On the up side, the vision is getting clearer in my mind. I'm going to need a new word for "awesome". I'll try to take a pic before I add more tonight, and should be able to get some pics up tomorrow night - if not before.

Let's not get hostile here, Arakasi.

@HadoukenAvenger: Only that while you were letting me know of your update here, I was already posting my comment there... It was supposed to be a play on "two ships crossing in the night"...

So - I'll have a pic up later, but its only the Stormboyz Nobz as there isn't much more to show on the Trukk - just to show progress is actually, well, happening... I have a new respect for Marine players - those Marine corpses are fiddly! Tiny details and tiny lines... (its been a long time since I painted a SM)

As for the Trukk - the wheels are together as well as the front wheel guards - though I think these will become part of Armour Plates including an engine cover. I really wanted to start on the ramshackle nature, but it is important to make sure everything is going to fit together how I want it - which requires much posing, and isn't helped by changing ideas as things look like they will or won't work... I think I've worked out how the front needs to go together, so hopefully some decent WIP pics next week. Most importantly I want to see if I can get the thing to balance on three wheels without additional support (Artsoldier35 requested ramshackle and "air" )

I have another Trukk kit arriving next week, so I can make a start on the twin too. I'm already thinking I might try making the back wheel guards slightly narrower on the twin, though I may wait until I've done more of the detail back there - its hard to tell at this point - its all a learning process! Artsoldier35 will, of course, be able to choose which one he prefers in the end

There should only be minor differences between them. I will tend to reference my preferred one as yours
