The Hand of the King
These battle reports are of games played during 6th edition. Each report has two parts, a long, narrative report, and a shorter tactical breakdown. The narration to this series is the precursor to the epic intrigue novel The Geomides Affair. This series is also a demonstration on many different ways to play Imperial Guard.
These Battle reports were played during 5th edition, featuring guard power blobs. The style is a mix of tactics and narration throughout each piece. Technical diagrams are presented for each player turn.
